Maria helps nonprofits scale their impact through strategic fundraising. As Chief Advancement Officer at DREAM, she led efforts to raise $20M annually and expand donor engagement. Her experience spans advising political candidates and leading campaigns for organizations like UNICEF and the KIPP Foundation. As Chair of CCS’s DEI Committee, she championed inclusivity in the nonprofit sector.

Maria began her career with Teach For America, fostering her passion for education and advocacy. She has held leadership roles in nonprofit organizations and supports women running for political office through Emerge New York. A Vanderbilt alum from San Diego, she now lives in Brooklyn, enjoying Broadway musicals and live music.
